Education Foundation > Mini-grant & Block grant awards
The Souderton Area Education Foundation makes funds available to professional staff and schools in the Souderton Area School District through its program of "Mini-grant" and "Block grant" awards. Teachers can apply for mini-grants to provide exciting and challenging programs and projects for their individual classrooms, while principals can seek Block Grant funds to implement a project that benefits the entire school.
The Education Foundation secures the financial resources needed for these grant programs from the business community, individuals, organizations, and the Souderton Area School District staff. All believe that a strong public school education today best prepares students for life and work in the 21st century.
